Cancellation
Petssaw accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund immediately.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days.

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

● Petssaw will bear the shipping cost for product quality problems. Customers will need to pay for shipping on returns unrelated to product quality.

Instruction
For product quality issues, please email tina@petssaw.com to initiate a return process. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure that ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED TO PETSSAW’S DESIGNATED RETURN ADDRESS.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days.
